In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, please let us know within 30 days. Please choose your print carefully as everything is hand-made to order (and is often printed within minutes of ordering); hence we cannot exchange items unless they're faulty. We may be able to change your order if notified quickly, but will charge a re-stocking fee. This fee is dependent on what you're changing to and from. We cannot exchange outsourced items under any circumstances unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Should you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, we'll replace it as quickly and efficiently as possible
Tony Howell has work in various galleries over the South-West of England, but if you're unable to visit these, we will send you a small test print of the image you're interested in, so that you can see the quality before ordering (UK only). This applies to Prints and Canvas Prints only. Please order a test print from under the large images (look under the PRINTS or CANVAS menus) - they cost £3 which we then refund after you place your larger print order
Tony uses very high quality cameras. Prints from these high-end devices show great quality even at wall size. We have sold prints 5 metres wide and beyond, and they were stunning! Not all images were made this way though, so if you'd like a very large print of a particular image, please Contact Us by email with the image number and we'll gladly advise
This depends on whether Tony is in the office, but often the answer is yes. Please Contact Us
Photo prints up to 100 years if kept out of direct sunlight under glass, Canvas prints up to 70 years if kept out of direct sunlight. Heat sources like radiators will reduce the longevity of all prints, so ideally keep your print away from them
No, all images or prints are supplied without a copyright notice on them, this is just added to the web images to protect them from being stolen

We deliver almost all products free to UK Mainland (not inc. Channel Islands). We can often deliver next day if necessary; please Contact Us Please inform us as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a claim against the carrier, and ensure that your order is satisfactorily completed
When placing your order you will be taken to our secure payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card details which are encrypted within the PayPal system. We do not have access to this information. This website is certified safe by Norton Internet Security
Tony Howell Photography does not disclose buyers information to third parties (except when ordering certain very large or special order prints which will be sent to your premises direct from our professional suppliers. In this case, the supplier will not disclose any of your details)
For international customers outside the UK mainland (inc. The Channel Islands) - customs charges may be levied when the parcel reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials on entering your country. This is beyond our control, but should any damage occur please let us know and we will gladly replace your item when returned back to us
