There are many of these Willow Trees scattered around Somerset; it's quite a low-lying county,
and Willows like it near water. In Winter their branches reveal their bright colours, depending on
the variety. I believe this is a Crack Willow, and I used a polarising filter (at a 90 degree angle to
the low Winter sun) to emphasise the rich colour; also to make it contrast well with the blue sky.
Choosing a low viewpoint with a wide lens (17mm) gives a sense of depth to the image, whilst
allowing me to record the clouds reflection mirrored in the flooded field
