For Photographers: - How I took the image
Doing a few test exposures showed that exposing for the castle meant the indoor lights burned out unnacceptably. I decided
to blend two exposures later on the computer - one exposed for the castle and one exposed for the indoor lighting. Night images
sometimes suit overexposure, and this image was best at 2.5 stops over the meter reading. Using 1600 ISO meant the image would
be noisy, so I also had to carefully run it through 'Noise Ninja' Photoshop plug-in to remove unacceptable noise, whilst using
the History Eraser to bring back some of the foliage edges, which noise reduction doesn't do well with.
