Wells is such a photogenic small city; Georgian architecture abounds, and the Cathedral is surely one of the most beautiful in the world (and I've seen Siena Cathedral which is stunning). Vicars Close, Bishops Palace and The Chapter House are fabulous, and being small the city is easy to walk around taking photos.

I was given permission to photograph from the Cathedral roof when I worked for Somerset Life magazine; an amazing experience. It was quite warm up along the inside near the ceiling; they keep the heating on all year as it's cheaper than regularly having damp treatments. The views from the roof were spectacular.

'Dear Tony, Just to let you know that the prints have arrived this morning and we are very pleased with them - they will make wonderful gifts. They are so much better than any I have seen for sale locally and we are also very pleased with the frames. Thank you for the prompt and efficient service. I hope to be able to purchase more prints from you in the future. With best wishes, C.E, Wells Cathedral School (bought three Oak-framed prints of this image)
