For Photographers: - How I took the image This is all about the sun illuminating the edge of the cloud, which required an exposure of 60th second at f8. I immediately took several similar shots, slowing the shutter speeds down to blur the water, but by then the excellent illumination of the cloud edge had gone. Later on, I combined the best two images to get the shot I visualised. Sounds easy, but to do it properly (so this image could be enlarged successfully to 60" wide) took a very long time.
