the rocks from Antelope Canyon, Arizona, the tree from England
and the foreground is petrified wood from the Painted Desert, Arizona

Cut the rocks out with Lasso tool, pasted onto sky.
Cut the tree out, used Image>Adjust>Replace Colour to change
colour of it then Edit>Free Transform to change shape to suit image.
Pasted foreground on and used Eraser to blend with rest of image.
I used 4 layers altogether then flattened the image
