Softness is this images strength. One of the 'rules' in close-up photography
is to ensure that everything is really sharp - I find those pictures predictable,
and enjoy breaking that rule to create a more impressionistic feel. This is a
stunning cactus flower, growing in a greenhouse dedicated to cacti and other
desert plants.
